Refund Policy
If you receive a damaged product:
We at Art By Lila Lee take great care in the packaging of our products, but if you do receive a damaged product, we would require you to take a picture of the damaged product and its packaging, and send that to us within a day of receiving your package. After assessing the pictures, a refund will be processed straight away.
If you are unhappy with a purchase:
I would be very surprised and saddened to hear you are unhappy with one of my paintings, and I can honestly say it has never happened to date, however, if this is the case, just let me know by email, Facebook, or contact me on my website. I will let you know where to send it back, and as soon as we receive the painting in good condition, all your money will be refunded (Excluding shipping of course).
